By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

By using our services, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate property information and access instructions.

  • Ensure all pets are confined away from the service area during visits to prevent incidents.

  • Maintain clear access to the yard.

  • Pay for services according to our payment terms.

  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

2. Service Delivery

We offer professional pet waste removal services in designated areas. Our services include:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time pet waste removal.

  • Spring cleaning or event-related yard cleanups.

  • Using appropriate equipment and disinfection methods.

  • Providing photographic evidence of service completion upon request.

3. Payment Terms

  • Customers agree to pay for services based on the selected plan (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time service).

  • Services for each month must be prepaid before any service is provided.

  • Invoices are issued five days before the end of the month, and payments are due on the first day of the service month.

  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.

  • New clients will be charged for their first month based on the remaining days in the month.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options specified on our website or service portal.

  • Credit card details are securely stored within our payment service provider’s system. By enrolling in our services, you consent to your credit card being charged monthly.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • SCOOPLERS is not responsible for damages to lawns, landscaping, or property due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., buried items, fragile grass).

  • We take all reasonable precautions to prevent property damage during our services.

5. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel services at any time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

  • One-time cleanups are non-refundable after the service has been completed.

6. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
